Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PropBurn collects, uses, and protects information when you use our prop firm expense and payout tracking product.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, display name, Google account identifier, session token, payment status, access plan, and access expiry date.

We also store the ledger data you create or import, including dates, firms, transaction type, category, amount, unit count, event type, notes, account size, import source, and Gmail message identifiers used for duplicate prevention.

2. Gmail data

If you connect Gmail, PropBurn uses read-only access to scan for relevant prop firm billing, payout and account-event emails. Normal Gmail sync is designed to save approved parsed fields such as date, firm, amount, category, unit count, event type, account size and note — not your full inbox or raw Gmail email bodies.

Gmail message IDs may be stored to avoid duplicate imports. Admin-only parser rule discovery tools may process sanitized excerpts with AI/model providers to improve detection quality. You can disconnect Gmail inside the app and revoke access from your Google account settings.

3. Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider. PropBurn stores payment metadata needed to unlock and manage access, such as plan ID, payment status, payment link ID, payment ID, amount, currency, reference ID, and webhook payload records. We do not store your full card number or banking credentials.

4. How we use information

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with infrastructure, authentication, database, email, analytics, AI/model, or payment providers only as needed to operate PropBurn, improve parser reliability, and manage paid access.

6. Data retention

We retain account, transaction, and payment records while your account exists or as long as needed for business, security, legal, tax, or operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should keep your Google account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
