Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of PropBurn, a web-based prop firm expense and payout tracking tool. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the product, you agree to these terms.
1. What PropBurn does
PropBurn helps traders track prop firm-related expenses and payouts, including evaluation fees, resets, subscriptions, payout requests, payout receipts, and account events. The product presents this information through dashboards such as Recovery Score, Firm Scorecard, monthly progress, and Degen Alerts.
2. Not financial advice
PropBurn is an expense tracking and analytics product. It does not provide trading signals, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, trade, or use any prop firm. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and financial decisions.
3. Paid access
PropBurn is a paid product. Access is granted after a successful payment through our payment provider. The current plans are Monthly Access and Founder Annual launch access. Your access remains active until the expiry date shown in your account.
Monthly Access currently grants 30 days of access per successful payment. Founder Annual currently grants 365 days of access per successful payment. These are access periods, not performance guarantees.
4. Account and Google sign-in
You are responsible for keeping your Google account and PropBurn session secure. You must not share access to your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
5. Gmail sync
If you choose to use Gmail sync, you authorize PropBurn to use read-only Gmail access to identify prop firm billing, payout and account-event emails. PropBurn stores extracted fields such as dates, amounts, firm names, categories, unit counts, event types, account sizes and notes. We store extracted fields, not raw Gmail email bodies in normal user sync.
You can revoke Google access from your Google account settings at any time.
6. Accuracy and user review
PropBurn attempts to classify transactions accurately, but prop firm email formats can change and parsing may be imperfect. You should review imported entries, correct mistakes, and maintain your own records where needed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the product, overload our systems, reverse engineer private systems, or use PropBurn for unlawful purposes.
8. Availability
We aim to keep PropBurn available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The product may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, or other operational events.
9. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another supported payment provider. Refund rules are described on our Refund Policy page. Payment provider fees, settlement timelines, disputes, and failed payments may be handled according to the provider’s rules.
10. Changes to the product or terms
We may change features, pricing, supported firms, access rules, or these terms over time. Continued use of PropBurn after changes means you accept the updated terms.
